IS THERE PARKING?Yes, customes are allowed to park in the parking lot of the shopping center.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?PUBLIC EVENTS - Customers must cancel 48 hours prior to scheldued session for full refund in EVENT CREDIT ONLY! Customers must cancel 14 days prior to scheduled private event to recieve the 50% deposit. If customers don't cancel 14 days prior to scheduled private event they will lose the deposit.

IS THERE RESERVED SITTING?Yes, are you meeting up with a group of friends and would you perfer to sit with them? Just give us a call 1 hour prior to the scheduled session for accomadations.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SESSION?Aprons will be provided to each painter, Please wear something you dont mind getting paint on, we dont reccomend wearing something expensive or your favorite shirt

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?Customer can simply click on the event calendar, select the date and time you desire, click reserve now, and we'll see you then! For Private events please call or email us to help you book and reserve your event.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN EVENT?To cancel any event you must call the studio to cancel.

DO YOU HOST PRIVATE EVENTS?Yes, please click on private events and the drop down to inquire.

HOW ARE YOU FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 GUIDELINES?We require all guest to wear a mask. We are only allowing 15 guest per session to sit and enjoy the in-studio fun. We have the tables set 6 feet apart. We also have hand sanitizer throughtout the studio. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns regarding our guildlines.
